What It Is NOT!

This is not a conference that is filled with what I call “fake motivation”. There will not be strobe lights and loud music. I will not be telling jokes. I will not be offering false praise or promises.  For those of you that know me, you know I am a very no nonsense person. I am the type of person who wants the facts and show me how to do get things done. Skip the fluff.  The first year I held this event I had someone tell me they loved the event. Then two days later the same person said the event was not motivating enough. It lacked pizzazz. What she meant to say was that the event did not have fake motivation and fluff that is prevalent at many events. When you leave this event you will be riding a motivational high because you worked hard and you know where you and your business are headed for 2011. You will not be riding a motivational high that will fade and sending you off to the next event looking to recapture that feeling. This is a down and dirty workshop. You will be focusing on YOU and your business.
